Is this product gluten-free?

Yes. No gluten-containing ingredients are used in the formula, and every lot is tested to confirm it’s below 20ppm gluten.

What are the benefits of supplementing with collagen?

There’s good evidence to suggest supplementing with collagen helps support healthy skin, joints, body composition, strength, bone density, and cardiovascular health. For more on these benefits, visit our post on the Health Benefits of Collagen.

What’s in the ‘Natural Flavors’?

Water or ethanol extracts of flavors from natural plant sources (such as vanilla bean).

How much protein should I consume?

: Be sure to consult your doctor before making any significant change to diet or supplementation. For healthy individuals engaged in resistance training programs, a good estimate for protein needs is 1g of protein per pound of goal or ideal body weight per day, assuming they do not have kidney disease or other medical conditions that would warrant protein restrictions. For more on protein recommendations, read our post on high-protein diets.
